Avery Temple LLC ("Avery Temple," "we," "us") provides AI voice intake agents for personal injury law firms. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices, whether you're visiting our website, calling our demo line, or a client firm using our service.

Information We Collect

When you visit averytemple.com: basic analytics (pages visited, general location, device type). We don't sell this data.

When you call our demo line: the call is recorded and transcribed. If you're testing the demo, we capture whatever you say during the mock intake (name, phone number, and any details you choose to share) and, if you ask about the product, your interest and contact preferences. Calls may be reviewed for quality, training, and product improvement.

When you request a text message during a call: we send exactly one SMS to the number you're calling from, containing the link you asked for (a booking link, a trial signup link, or an intake form link). We do not send unsolicited texts.

When you sign up for a trial or become a client: billing information (processed by Stripe — we do not store your card details), firm information you provide during onboarding, and account contact details.

When your firm uses Avery for real client intake: your firm's callers' information (name, contact details, case information) is captured by the agent and delivered to your firm's chosen delivery method (SMS, CRM integration). Avery Temple processes this data on your firm's behalf — your firm is the data controller for your own clients' information, and remains responsible for compliance with applicable state and bar rules.

How We Use Information
  • To operate and improve the AI voice agent

  • To respond to inquiries and provide customer support

  • To process payments and manage subscriptions

  • To send service-related communications (onboarding, billing, product updates)

  • To send SMS messages explicitly requested during a call

Who We Share Data With
  • Retell AI — our voice AI platform provider, processes call audio and transcripts

  • Stripe — payment processing

  • SMS/carrier network — delivering text messages you request

  • Your law firm's chosen CRM or delivery method — for firms using the live product, structured case data is delivered to the destination configured during onboarding (SMS, Clio, Filevine, Lawmatics, Salesforce, Google Sheets)

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Call Recording

Calls to our demo and service lines may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and service improvement. This is disclosed at the start of every call. By continuing the call after this disclosure, you consent to recording.

SMS Consent

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency is limited to what you explicitly request during a call. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of future texts, or simply don't request one.

Data Retention

We retain call recordings and transcripts for as long as reasonably necessary for service quality, legal compliance, and dispute resolution, and delete or anonymize data on request where we're not otherwise required to retain it.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below, subject to legal retention requirements.
