Terms of Service

Last updated July 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of averytemple.com, our demo phone line, and the Avery Temple AI voice intake product ("the Service"), provided by Avery Temple LLC ("we," "us").

The Service

Avery Temple provides AI voice agents that perform client intake for personal injury law firms — answering calls, conducting structured intakes, and delivering case summaries to the firm. Avery is an intake specialist, not an attorney: it does not provide legal advice, evaluate case merit, or make legal representations of any kind.

Demo Line

Our demo phone number is provided so prospective clients can experience the product firsthand. Calls may be recorded for quality, training, and product improvement, as disclosed at the start of each call. The demo is for evaluation purposes — no attorney-client relationship, legal advice, or case intake is created by calling the demo line.

Trial and Subscription Terms
  • New subscriptions include a 30-day free trial starting from signup; billing begins on Day 31 unless canceled

  • $700/month flat fee (Tier 1) unless otherwise specified at signup, includes 500 minutes/month; overage billed at $0.25/min

  • Month-to-month, no long-term contract. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.

  • Fees are billed via Stripe; you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file until canceled

Client Responsibilities

If you're a law firm using Avery for real client intake, you're responsible for:

  • Ensuring your use of the Service complies with your state bar's rules on client communication, AI disclosure, and confidentiality

  • Configuring state-specific call recording consent settings accurately during onboarding

  • Reviewing and acting on case information delivered by the Service in a timely manner

Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to violate any law, misrepresent your firm, or attempt to interfere with the Service's normal operation.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the AI agent will capture every detail perfectly in every call, and we are not liable for missed leads, mischaracterized information, or business outcomes resulting from use of the Service. Avery Temple is not a law firm and does not practice law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avery Temple LLC's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms or the Service over time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
